- We Convert Your Media Every item is transferred to digital format using professional equipment with the greatest care, and basic enhancement of the picture and sound is included as standard. If we encounter any issues — damage, mould, or deterioration — we'll contact you before proceeding, and in many cases we can repair the tape before transferring it.
- You Receive Your USB Your converted content is loaded onto a USB drive, clearly labelled and ready to watch on any device. We'll be in touch to arrange delivery or collection.
- Your Originals Come Home Your original tapes, films, and media are returned safely to you alongside your USB. We never keep or discard originals without explicit permission.

What formats do you convert?

Is my media safe with you?
Absolutely. Your original tapes and films are treated with the utmost care throughout and returned to you once the conversion is complete. We understand how irreplaceable these items are.
Can you convert tapes that are damaged or mouldy?
In many cases, yes. We repair tapes as well as convert them — snapped or chewed tape, tape that has come off its spool, jammed mechanisms and cracked shells can usually be put right. Damaged or deteriorating media needs special handling, and we'll always discuss the condition of your items with you before we begin.
What do I get back?
A clearly labelled USB containing all your converted digital files, plus your original tapes and films returned safely.
Can I send items from outside the West Midlands?
Yes — we accept postal orders from anywhere across the UK. Pack your items carefully and send them to our Dudley address using a tracked service.
Do you collect from my home?
Yes — we now offer local collection within 6 miles of us in Dudley. It's ideal for large collections, fragile film reels, or anyone who'd rather not post irreplaceable media. Is any enhancement included in the price?
Yes. Basic enhancement is included as standard with everything we do, audio and video alike, at no extra cost. Footage that needs more than that can go through our full restoration service — noise and grain reduction, colour restoration, stabilisation and AI upscaling.
