Surface noise, crackle and pops are reduced as part of the transfer, and your records come back to you exactly as they arrived.
Hard Drives
Old hard drives can contain years of digital memories — photos, videos, documents — that may be inaccessible due to age or damage. We help transfer data from old hard drives to fresh USB or external storage.
We Repair Tapes Too
A tape that won't play isn't necessarily a tape that's lost. Snapped or chewed tape, tape that has come away from its spool, jammed mechanisms, cracked cassette shells — these are everyday problems in our workshop, and in most cases they can be put right.
If a tape is damaged, please don't force it into a machine and please don't throw it away. Send it to us and we'll assess it first. Where a repair is possible, we carry it out carefully by hand and then transfer the recovered footage or audio to digital — so your memories are safe even if the tape itself never plays reliably again.

Send your tapes to us at our Dudley address using a tracked postal service. We recommend Royal Mail Tracked or a courier with signature confirmation.
